According to the Ventura County Sheriff's Office, officers responded to a disturbance call (placed by one of Locklear's family members) at her home at 11:05 PM.
It's been claimed that the paramedics arrived and she was put on a trolley when she allegedly kicked an emergency responder. She has been released on $20,000 bail.
