'Black Panther ' is Still Killing the Game on its Fifth Weekend

In theaters now, Black Panther stars Chadwick Boseman as T'Challa/Black Panther, Michael B. Jordan as N'Jadaka/Erik "Killmonger" Stevens, Lupita Nyong'o as Nakia, Danai Gurira as Okoye, Martin Freeman as Everett K. Ross, Daniel Kaluuya as W'Kabi, Letitia Wright as Shuri, Forest Whitaker as Zuri and Andy Serkis as Ulysses Klaue.
Overseas, the film is approaching the $100 million mark in China with a $96 million total after ten days, giving the film a $577 million worldwide haul and a $1.18 billion global total. With a budget of over $100 million, that's a tough pill to swallow.

An LGBTQ coming-of-age tale, the movie was popular among audiences and critics, earning an A plus on CinemaScore and a 91 percent "fresh" rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Overseas, the film has banked $577 million.
